Some achieve success at a very early age, making others awe. While others struggle and struggle but never reach there. On the other hand, some people never stop; realize their reason for existence lately and then stand in the queue of successful people.

    But guys, let me make it clear for all of you, success is different for different people. Some measure it in terms of materialistic things, while some see it in their ability to be useful to society. Therefore, never see your success using the eyes of others.

    Thus, guys, I hope you have to understand what my opinion is about success. Always keep two points in mind-

    • 1. Never give up, when you are trying to become successful with the help of your passion.
    • 2. It’s never too late, to pursue your passion if you have a proper plan.
  • Tips to lose weight without Exercise and Diet.

    Weight loss is a common topic in today’s world since obesity is a new arising threat. People are trying hard to reduce their weight by doing exercises, dieting, intaking costly protein supplements and many more, but still are not able to reduce their weight. The reason behind this is disloyalty. Disloyalty with their commitment. For example, you committed not to eat outside food or sweets, but after 3 days of dieting, you are back to the pavilion!

    Let’s not discuss this and come back to our topic. So, the method which I will be telling you today doesn’t need any commitment, but yes, it needs a little control over your eating habits and also a lot of patience. Why patience? Because your weight didn’t gain in one day or one month, it took at least 3 to 12 months. It was gaining at its pace and you were neglecting it. But yes, if you follow my tips it will definitely reduce in a year or maybe less.(You aren’t doing dieting or exercise, therefore I feel one year is valid.)

    Why we gain weight?

    1. Stress.
    2. Not eating on time.
    3. Excess Junk food consumption.
    4. Whenever our favourite dish is prepared, we are going to eat like a devil.

    The reasons I have stated above are common and applied for a large population.

    Tips on how to reduce weight?

    1. Learn to have a control on your cravings.
    2. Eat whatever you want but in lesser quantity (junk food). It would be better if you eat outside food once in a week.
    3. Always eat half stomach.
    4. Eat in segments instead of eating everything together. For example, you can eat a starter first and then your food, one or two hours later.
    5. Try to eat more tortillas and reduce rice consumption.
    6. Eat sprouts and drink milk in the morning. (You can drink milk at night instead of morning). Now, if tasty breakfast is waiting for you, then you may have it, but eat little. You can have it again after some time. But not everything together like a greedy person.
    7. Junk food is allowed but once or twice a week and that too, in less proportion. Don’t buy a burger, pizzas, etc. altogether. Control is very essential.
    8. Eat fewer sweets, even if you like them. And yes, if possible do reduce the consumption of tea from twice a day to once a day or thrice a week.
    9. Don’t drink water while having food. Once you are done with food, drink it after half an hour. This helps in better digestion.
    10. You can keep one day as a fasting day during which you will eat fruits and sprouts only. Also, do drink milk. But, do not eat too much after the fast. Follow the rule of segment and half-stomach eating.
    11. Take seven hours of sleep compulsorily and yes, try to relief yourself from stress.
    12. Last but not the least, eat your food with love and always think about what nutrients it is providing you when you are intaking it. This will help you to intake good nutrients and also, will keep you away from junk food.

    Guys, let me clear you one think, this tips will definitely reduce your weight but if you want a good body shape, then exercise is necessary.

    I haven’t told you anything about consuming more proteins, and fibres because this is something you know. My aim behind writing this blog is to modify your eating habits and not to tell you which nutrients to intake.

    But still, if you want, I will write a blog on the food you shall eat to lose weight. It won’t be high cost and also nutritious at the same time. You can comment below if you want the next blog on these foods.

    This word sounds too easy and when you pronounce it you get the feeling that it is asking you to surrender to situations; telling you to accept whatever comes to your path. But if you go into the depth of it you will realize if it is followed, you can make your life easier and happier. The word has the power to help you overcome bedtime silent cries, office stress, your doubts about yourself, and many more. How? Chalo then, let’s take a tour of Acceptance in different situations of life.

    1. Comparison.

    Comparing someone with others in respect of beauty, kindness, smartness or anything else is the worst thing someone does. Every person is wearing different shoes and you never know the intensity of discomfort that shoes are giving to that specific person. But still, people are people. They are never going to stop doing this shit. So, whenever you get compared, just be true to yourself and say to their face with all of your heart- “Yes, I don’t have that, and it doesn’t matter to me. I am happy with what I have and that’s sufficient.” Keep one thing in mind while saying this, you should fully accept what you said or else your words will never give you satisfaction even if they will be useful to shut someone’s mouth.

    2. Office

    Nowadays, human is spending more of their time in the office than at home. And as we all know, the atmosphere in most of offices is stressful, competitive and many times discouraging too. You are hardly appreciated for the excellent performance you give but when it comes to your mistakes, a hundred fingers are pointing at you. You are always asked to improve your performance even after you are at your best. At such times, keep one thing in mind, if you know you are better than many others, don’t care about what people say, and accept that you aren’t as good as the remaining 10%. Don’t pressure yourself even if the whole world is asking you to push yourself. Push yourself only when you feel the need or more appropriately, when you want to. I am not asking you to procrastinate your development, but rather suggesting you accept that you can develop but you need your time. Take your time. Also, don’t be too competitive, instead accept the smartness or excellence of others and learn from them.

    3. Love

    Love is all about acceptance. This bond starts with acceptance and becomes stronger with more and more ability to accept and understand your partner. Sometimes, you can be the second or third in the list of your partner’s priority list and accepting his/her priority list is the sign of healthy relationship. Forcing your partner to make you his/her priority shows your insecurities. Accepting that your partner won’t be always there to rescue you or make you feel better when you feel low is also a best part to bloom your relationship. Why? Because, your parents weren’t always there for you in your adulthood and that’s why you used to cry at night all alone, so why to accept from him/her to present everytime you are in distress. You have friends, call them up. If no one is there, you can deal the way you used to deal before. Accept that he/she is not an omnipresent human. Yes, ofcourse, he/she will try best to be there but if the situation arises when he/she is not able to do so, then just accept.

    4. Break-up/divorce

    Accepting that a person wasn’t meant to be in your life till the end and cherishing the moments you spent with them in the past is the best thing you can do. Also, never forget why it was better for you two to get apart. It’s better to empty the seashore when there is a sign of a tsunami, if you don’t do so, there is a great threat to your life. Do not stay with someone who possesses the ability to make your life hell, only because 10% of that person’s present gives you little happiness or you have did commitments.

    5. You

    I know, that ACCEPTING YOU should be kept at the top of the list, but the reason why I kept it at the end is because it is something that is a collaboration of all the above situations. You not allowing others to compare you; you accept the boundaries, values, and principles your partner has for his life; You accept that you don’t want a specific person in your life; everything is about acceptance. Accepting your flaws and enduring them, not being frightened of talking openly about them (don’t tell your flaws to untrustworthy people, they can use them against you) is all about you accepting yourself.

    Conclusion

    Acceptance is the key to a happy and confident life. Once you accept many things about others and you your life starts to lift and your heart stays at ease. Your eyes will shine and your personality will glow. Like nature accepts the downward flow of water, eruption of volcanoes, natural calamities, etc., and still possesses the ability to make your life serene when you enter into its womb; you will radiate the peace for others to experience.

    Humanity is the term that has gained wide popularity in this inhumane world. Humanity means being kind and understanding. We say humanity is an important trait that every human should possess to make the world a better place. But, I think no human can be kind for his entire life. A human who is generous towards humankind may have eaten meat. Which means, he was cruel towards animals! And killing any living creature is indeed an inhumane act!

    In this write-up, I want to make clear the concept of humanity. Humanity is created by humans. One day, one human thought that let’s bring a concept into existence that will define humans who are too good to other humans, and this is how humanity was born.

    Humanity – With no real example.

    In my view, even the world’s top kindest person may have killed a mosquito, so that person wasn’t kind. It’s we humans who classify a person as human and inhumane. For example, if a human kills a tiger who was attacking a child, that human is an idol of generosity for the child whom he had saved but what about animal lovers? No doubt, he has committed a cruel act according to them (I hope you are getting my point). Humanity varies from person to person according to their point of view.

    Thus, don’t try to be kind but try to act according to situations. Be a rational person and possess an ability to differentiate between good and bad. Do, what you feel right at the moment but your acts should not harm others. This must be your prime precaution.

    Will the World become a better place with the help of humanity?

    Humanity possesses the power to change the lives of people if they are given humane treatment but then it doesn’t ensure heaven on earth. Humans treating humans well is just a good act; the main cause behind the world becoming such a shitty place is a degradation of values and morals among people. Selfishness and desire to earn more and more than required. A human person may possess these negative traits since no one is perfect. A physically strong person can be mentally weak or a person kind to animals can be rude to humans. We are humans and we are unpredictable!

    That’s why it’s better to see the positive side of the world and do our best to eliminate or if essential, ignore the negative side if you want to feel that you are in a beautiful world. Be aware and smart enough to prevent yourself from dangers and if possible, you may help others too. But, your safety comes first, because the world needs a savior like you!

    Karma is something which rebounds like a rebounding ball. “What you sow is what you reap,” is the well-known and tremendously used one-liner. People unknowingly have the fate in Karma, since they believe that every good deed will bring a positive impact in their life while the ill one will open the doors to the troubles. But what exactly the KARMA is? And why does one should believe in it?

    What is Karma?

    Karma is the term use in Buddhist and Hindu Philosophy which means your actions of present or past are responsible for the reactions or situations arising in the future or present. It is very frequently said that, “Karma is the Bitch,” but it is the bitch for the one who acted like a bitch before or even doing the same. You can’t escape from the consequences of your ill activities. One day they will pop-up like an uninvited guest and shatter your life. Though the intensity of shattering depends on your amount of your bad deeds. Whereas, on other hand your tiniest good deed, may lead to the happiest results in the future.

    Types of Karma.

    1. Sanchita Karma.

    Sanchita Karma can be said as a warehouse to the information starting from the day when the human was first born on earth. As, we know soul is immortal, so thus this karma is immortal. It is the record of the deeds did by the person during his different lifetimes. This karma can’t be remember by the human, but it does effect the life of the human during any of his/her lifetimes.

    2. Prarabdha Karma.

    Prarabdha Karma is the one which accounts only for your current life. That is, from your birth to the present, whatever deeds you have performed are reflected back by the current events occurring in your life. That’s why always do good karma in current life, because you never know whether you have paid for the Karma of past life or not. And I am sure, no one wants a problematic life. So, it’s better to act wisely and humanly towards every creature on the earth.

    Science behind Karma.

    Karma is like an imprint which you leave on the universe. When you help someone in need, that person’s positive vibes in regards to you are passed out into the Universe. These vibes are not tangible but strong enough to penetrate into soul. Thus, if by any chance in future you are in the need if help, there is maximum probability that these passed on vibes will find you a support.

    Your Karma not only reflected back to you, but also it affects your loved ones, which implies that it possess an ability to pass on which is similar to the genes. These effects of your karma on your loved ones ultimately cause an effect on you. For example, if your parents have did loads of good deeds you are benefitted from their Karma and your Happiness makes them Happy(ultimatum). Isn’t it amazing?

    Conclusion

    If every individual believes in Karma, there is the probability that this world will become better place to live in. Even people believe in Karma, they aren’t aware of what’s right or what’s wrong. Sometimes, violence can be a good Karma too depending on the situation. Thus, you don’t have to be ‘The Face of Goodness’ for everyone.

    Every person in his or her life has experience disappointments. They can be the result of your or others actions. Today, let’s talk about them. ‘Easy to experience but difficult to digest,’ is my point of view about disappointments.

    Types of disappointments

    Depending on origin disappointments are of three types-

    1. Self-Created.

    2. Given by loved ones.

    3. Due to the decisions of others.

    1. Self-created.

    Many times, we feel like we are of no use or we are just a burden on someone. This feeling makes us disappointed on us and we feel low. Sometimes we strive hard for better results and we get the worst ones while in some cases there is the chance that your overconfidence about a specific thing has caused you trouble giving rise to the feeling of disappointment. Being confident is good but overconfidence can shatter the pillars you made with confidence. Therefore, always keep a check on your confidence level. This type of disappointment is difficult to handle since you keep on cursing yourself.

    The best way to get over this is to promise yourself that, whenever you do something that disappoints you, you will not keep on thinking about it for more than one day. Secondly, you will write the mistakes which cause them and never repeat them again. And lastly, stop making a fuss about it and try to calm yourself.

    2. Given by loved ones.

    This type of disappointment is most common in relationships. You keep a lot of expectations from your loved ones and if they don’t get fulfilled you get disappointed in them. Thus, this type has a direct relationship with expectations. The more you expect the more you are going to get disappointed. If you want to minimize the risk of causing these disappointments, stop expecting too much and start working on your own for your happiness.

    You get rid of them easily since you are going to blame others. But there is the chance that you may spoil your relationship with your loved ones by getting too much of them due to your extreme number of demands.

    3. Due to the decisions of others.

    For example, a new rule is implemented by the school with which you are not happy. This makes you disappointed with your headmaster since he/she is the one who has made it. At the start, you are too much irritated and angry but with time your disappointment vanishes and you get familiar with it. No big deal about this one, since the recovery rate is 100% and later in your life, there is the chance that you may laugh at yourself by remembering the cause of your disappointment.

    Conclusion.

    Disappointment is very common, but holding it for a long time is foolishness. Since, it will disturb your mental peace and you won’t be able to work. Ultimately, the result will be a bad quality of work which will throw you deeper into the darkness of disappointment. Therefore, be smart, learn from them and move on.

  • What does, “Not Giving A Fu*k” means?

    This blog aims at making you realize that you are never enough no matter how hard you try to keep someone happy, to satisfy someone’s needs, to try to please someone. So, just stop trying and start letting go.

    I read a book- The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck by Mark Manson. This book made me realize that I am giving too many fucks to unwanted things and to people in my life. Even if you want certain person to stay in your life, then also stop trying too hard to make them stay.

    The Person Who Stay In Your Life After Lot Of Efforts, Can Easily Exit From Your Life When You Stop Doing Any Efforts.

    What exactly does “Not Giving a Fuck” means?

    Ok, now lets talk about this. It’s as easy as breathing air, but the air has to be pollutant free or else you will suffer in future. This means, your style of not giving a fuck must be friendly and frank, such that others won’t think it to be rude. Speaking about Fucks in this phrase means Attention. So, if you are not giving fucks it means you are not giving to attention to anything happening in your surrounding or even to a person you keeps on talking shitty things about you.

    This is something you learn with time and practice. Most important, never try this in first meet with someone.

    Ways on How Not to Give a Fuck.

    1. Whenever you meet someone, try to understand their behavior. Some persons deserve your attention (but you must know, when you have to give it).

    2. You should be discipline in all sense. You must value your time and others time too.

    3. Learn to say “NO.”

    4. Be straightforward where required.

    5. Make your work your priority and whenever you decide to socialize, make your people your priority.

    6. Don’t listen to shitty talks about others. This doesn’t need your attention. Filter what your brain takes inside it.

    7. Whenever someone achieves something, don’t feel less about yourself. Be the part of their happiness. You are build differently. Competing with someone is not something you are wasting your fucks on.

    8. Be happy with what you have, and don’t get jealous with achievements of others. Their achievements don’t need your fucks, but your hardships do.

    9. What people think about you is their way of thinking and not your mistake. So, stop giving too many fucks to what they think about you.

    10. Never forget that, You are the Person who needs yours Most Fucks. Start working on improving yourself, surely with time you will learn the – ‘Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck.’

    Thus guys, I hope you may have understood that you have to stop being unrealistic to please persons and start being yourself to have persons who are valuable and worth to be a part of your life.

  • How to Choose your Career?

    Career is a matter of concern for the age group between 20-30yrs. Many youngsters don’t have an idea of what they should do after their 10th. In India, the initial stage to plan a career starts after passing 10th. According to the traditional system of choosing the stream(students are usually guided by their parents or relatives or any other person), students who score above 80 or 90 percentile go for the Science stream, the ones who score 70-80 percentile take the commerce stream, and the remaining others choose arts as their stream. But at some point, this system is changing. Parents are getting aware that, it is better to let their children take the decisions as per their likes. But the problem is, students are not aware of their field of interest, since they are incapable of sorting out the one from the range of likes they possess for different things.

    That’s why I am writing this blog to help the students as well as any person who is stuck with the question of choosing career.

    How to choose a stream after 10th?

    Now, let me clear one thing for you- Science, commerce and arts are not the whole and sole. There are many other courses which exist in India which picked after 10th like diplomas, vocational courses, short courses on photography, graphic designing, interior designing and many more. The one thing you need to do is do research on by own. Sort the courses which you thing you are interested in, look for the person who is working in that respective field and get details about its future scope and the final stage is to discuss with your parents on the same.

    Maybe they won’t get ready, but you have to convince them, and if you are sure that you will come out with flying colors if you take this course, then challenge them. Or else, you can do one thing, listen to what they are telling you to do and also take the course you like (side-by-side). You have to find the way by your own, if you have the intense wish to do it and your guts are telling you that you will be successful in that specific thing.

    So, you have to find for that SPECIFIC THING.

    How to choose career?

    Now, I have seen many people who have taken a stream in which they didn’t have any interest and now they are regretting over it. I will suggest you stop doing that. Interest can get generated if you start finding different ways to work on it. There may be something in that field which you may have liked. Go for that! And if you are thinking that there is nothing in this field giving you goosebumps, then – STEP OUT. Go, for what you like, but yes, this time there is need to be firm and well-planned, since the  years are passing and your age is growing. I won’t say that career has age limit, you can make your career at any age, but to earn money, there is a need for source and that source is your well-planned career path.

    1. Analyse yourself– What interest you? Is it just a interest or you are ready to go extra miles for it? How hardworking and smart are you? What one thing people frequently appreciates about you?

    2. Whether the career you choosing wants you to be extrovert or introvert. Means, if the career demands for connecting with people then there is a need that who have to become extrovert. You need to talk with the people and learn to express your thoughts if you want to grow.

    3. Talk with the people who are in the same field.

    4. Don’t listen to the people who demotivate you. If you have some idea, then bring it into reality. Once it becomes reality and reach where you always wanted to, these same people will clap for you.

    5. Do you have capital? And if you don’t, then how will you get it? Or else, what are the other options like Government scholarships, any competitive exam, or anything that can help you to stick with your career goal.

    I was going through this dream for 1 month. It wasn’t regular but had a frequency of once a week. The structure of this dream was like this- I am writing the paper and then the bell ranks. I am not able to complete the paper and the teacher snatches it from my hand. Basically, this dream wants to tell you that your work is spending, hurry up or you will not be able to submit it before the deadline.

    This dream implies that there is someone in your life who is trying to possess you (can be in a good way or a bad way). You need to stay alert. Sometimes, this dream can be a side-effect of watching a horror movie. Therefore, if you get this dream after watching a horror movie, then no need to worry.     So, guys, this is what I personally think our dreams try to tell us. Analyze them, relate them to your life and they will assist you in solving your problems. And yes, you can be a remote controller for your dreams. I used to control my dreams. Whenever something bad happened in my dream, I used to change it by telling myself in a dream that, ‘I am the controller of my dream.’ At present, I don’t get dreams since I know what is happening in my life and also I am away from all the negativities.

    Twists and turns,

    Difficult to sustain in this hideous world.

    Sometimes you feel like giving up,

    And then Suddenly Hope Pops.

    You Start Again with that Hope,

    But Slowly-Slowly it starts to Fade.

    Then Comes Someone,

    Who Motivates you to Move.

    Again the Journey starts,

    With the Beams of Aspirations in the Heart.

    And finally, you reach your STOP,

    But, wait what! You realize- It’s the Beginning of another Fresh Start.

    Moral– There is no end to your Ups and Downs. It’s always a Fresh Start with a New Beginning(Roads).

    Sometimes, you don’t know what you are doing with your life. The thing which you love the most becomes part-time and the one you hate becomes full-time. Life gets stuck into the trap of love and hate. Hate becomes a necessity and love never goes out of your mind. 

    At that point, your life becomes a complete mess. There is a sudden shift in your behaviour from a confident smart ass to a confused dumb ass. And this hurts! The reason is – YOU. You didn’t try to find a way to escape from this and now you have to accept it however it is.

    Others’ Point of View

    From the other’s point of view, you have got a golden opportunity. Nothing can be better than this. And this is because your love didn’t show any chances of improvement or is not moving further. This is really frustrating. It took at least 7 months for you to start walking from the day you were born, then how they expect the newly established love to immediately improve. Others cannot notice what you are feeling, which is disappointing.

    And so they ask you to accept your hate. Even after trying to understand your hate, you were not happy with it. What’s the use of it then? Why don’t they just leave you alone and let you decide whom to choose?

    Make Your Own Way

    To some extent, it was your fault, that you became so vulnerable and allowed ‘Hate’ to enter your life.

    But now no time to regret this. Every problem has a solution and every solution is hidden inside the problem itself. So, be bold and brave in dealing with your hate. There is a tiny chance that the hate will give you reasons to like it. It cannot be neglected that this will be challenging and difficult. Your brain will always trouble you, your heart will ache every time. But it is only YOU and YOU, who have the ability and guts to make your way through this. You can convert your hate into like by looking goodness in it and avoiding its flaws. While at the same time, you can keep relation with your love too.

    Learn to endure the career you have, even if it was forced on you. Because now it is yours, and you can’t stay unhappy forever with it. If it makes your life easier, then it is meant for you, but you are not ready to agree this fact.

    You Will Win.

    Even a dog has his days, then why won’t you? Keep on moving forward even when you are taking small steps. Because every step is counted in the Mathematics of Life. One day, you will understand why hate was forced into your life. Maybe, like a rom-com, if you try to work with your hate, then it will change into like! Give it a try.

    Learn to romance both – Love and Hate, by using some or the other ways. Be brave, have courage and never give up. Always aim to excel in whatever you do. This will give you happiness even when you are with your hate.

    A start of a new year is always exciting and comes with new aspirations and hopes in our minds. Many people make resolutions for a new year, some people literally wait for the new year to start a new chapter of their life. So, indirectly or directly a beginning of a new year is a pathway to someone’s success stories and a result of someone’s hardships from past years.

    Today, I am writing this blog to add some new resolutions to your resolution list of this year. These resolutions are evergreen and you can execute them whenever you want or you feel that there is a need. Sounds strange na! But this is the truth.

    Also, this blog aims to help you complete your resolutions for every new year. It includes some exclusive and easy-to-follow ways to keep up with your resolutions for the new year.

    Best resolutions for 2023.

    1. Staying happy.

    Now you may say, how this is a resolution? So, when I say – you have to stay happy I mean it in Every Sense. When you are healthy and motivated from the inside out, nothing can stop you from enjoying your own company. And that’s what real happiness means! Your happiness is not a dependable factor, but it is independent of all the things happening in your surrounding; only when you have the skill of being an optimist in all situations. Now, I won’t tell you to keep laughing even when you hurt. Please don’t try this, you will look like a fool and at the same time hurt yourself too. Instead, let go of the pains and accept the reality and move on. This is the key to staying happy.

    Always keep in mind-

    Everything happens for a reason and HE has planned a more beautiful destination for You.

    2. Make people smile.

    Why make people smile? Because it doesn’t cost you a penny, plus gives you the happiness of being responsible for their smile. So, why can’t it be a new year resolution for 2023 and also all the coming years? Now, to be clear, only make those people smile you deserve your attention. You are not a joker, so be specific.

    3. Donate.

    Donation is not always about money. If you have something in excess, share it with others. Sharing is equal to donation. When you donate something to a needy person, the satisfaction you receive from this humble act is out of the world. The endorphins (happy hormones) in your body increases and you get the eternal joy and peace.

    In short,

    ‘Donating is not about money but about the mindset of the person. If you are kind and helpful no one can stop you from giving a helping hand to others.’

    4. Keep going.

    ‘Keep going’ are not just two words but they are feeling and it is the best resolution for new year. Whenever you feel everything is ending, say these two words to yourself. They will act like magic. You will feel the blood gushing inside your body, leading to the charging of your willpower and gaining back your confidence. But, if you want to experience this, it is essential that you build up trust in these words even when you don’t need them. And that’s how they will help you when you need them.

    5. Don’t stop.

    According to you, this is motivation and not a resolution for new year. But for me, it is my every year’s resolution. I have to tell myself at the start of every new year that you are not going to stop, whatever happens.

    So, guys, the resolutions I discussed here are not about your goals or targets for this year but they are related to you and you. When your brain is free and your mind is peaceful everything works well. Doesn’t matter when you decide to start with it. According to me,

    ‘No new year is required to start something new or to work for your dreams. Your development starts from the day you decide to change your situation and rise higher.’

    Ways to keep up with New Year Resolutions 2023.

    I am sure that 86% of you have made some resolutions and therefore here are some tips for you to keep up with them.

    1. Write them as per the priority list.

    2. If you have made too many resolutions, then think again that what you can actually achieve this year and focus on that one first.

    3. You can tell your resolution to someone who can push you in future if you feel discouraged or fail.

    4. Don’t rush and take it slow. Give every resolution its time. Trust the process and most important the one who is doing it i.e. YOU.

    5. Ignore negatives coming from people.

    6. You can write the resolutions on sticky notes and stick them at a place which you notice most of the time.

    7. Keep your mind calm and be patient when it comes to achieving your goals.

    8. Be firm on your decisions and if anything wrong happens then be brave and face it.

    9. Be responsible for yourself.

    10. Always make a strategy on how to achieve your goal and it is better if you have backups for all the plans you make.

    Thus, if you follow the above ways, I assure you that nothing can stop you from achieving your new year resolutions.
